Welcome to Solutions Pro USA. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services provided by Solutions Pro USA (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website or services, you (“you,” “user,” or “client”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Revision Policy

At Solutions Pro USA, we offer revisions based on the package you’ve selected. Our customers benefit from the flexibility of unlimited free revisions, where we refine their websites at no additional cost, provided that the theme and layout remain unchanged. Our standard turnaround time for revisions is 48–72 hours.

Turnaround Time

Solutions Pro USA typically has a turnaround time of 48–72 hours for most web development services. Please note that this time frame refers to a single iteration of the development stage, not the entire project timeline. The time required for revisions may vary depending on the service, ranging from a minimum of 48 hours to 72 hours (two working days).
For example:

  • Orders placed or revisions requested on a Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.

  • Orders placed or revisions requested on a Friday will be delivered by the end of the day on Tuesday.

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

In any circumstance, deposited funds for a project are non-refundable after delivery if the initial website design and theme are approved, or if a change is requested, unless Solutions Pro USA cancels or terminates your contract for reasons other than your breach or non-performance.

All refund requests will adhere to the following arrangement:

  • A request can be made when initial website designs are offered. However, once you approve or request changes to the initial layout, the refund offer becomes void.

  • If a refund request is made before the delivery of the initial layout, you will be eligible for a full refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).

  • Refund requests made within 48 hours will be eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).

  • Refund requests made between 48–120 hours of the initial layout delivery will be eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).

  • No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial layout delivery.

  • No refund requests will be entertained if no action is taken on your order for 30 days after placing your order. Reactivation will incur a fee.

  • No refund requests will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.

  • If a client requests a refund due to a change of mind or personal issues, the client is not eligible for a refund, although we may store credit the amount for future use.

  • For website packages, no refunds are offered once development is completed or once the site is deployed live.

  • Refunds are void if orders are placed with multiple agencies for the same job.

  • For video animation packages, no refund requests will be entertained after the storyboard has been designed.

All refund requests must be communicated to the support department. Solutions Pro USA reserves the right to approve/disapprove refund requests case-by-case.

For custom packages, refunds apply under similar terms as single packages.
For example, if you order web design and video animation and approve the website, you may claim a refund for the animation only before storyboard design.

To ensure refund request approval, meet the following:

We will attempt to resolve your concern through our revision policy. If unresolved, we’ll email you a refund approval. After the refund, all copyrights revert to Solutions Pro USA. You may not use the refunded design.

Transferred website rights grant no right (direct or indirect) to use any content, work product, or media. Copyright information will be shared with government agencies to prevent reuse.

Quality Assurance Policy

Solutions Pro USA is committed to your satisfaction. Our developers strive to meet your expectations, and each layout is carefully crafted.

N.D.A. & Reputation Management Policy

We keep your privacy and project details confidential. Both parties agree not to defame or disparage each other after project completion.

Technical Support Policy

We provide basic technical assistance. Detailed training or installations are the client’s responsibility. Acceptance of Terms

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

Services rendered will be invoiced as per the agreed contract or project proposal. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services without prior notice. All fees exclude applicable taxes unless specified.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel services subject to the terms outlined in the contract. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to services at any time for breach of these Terms or any unlawful activity without liability.

Service Modifications and Updates

We may modify, enhance, or discontinue any service, feature, or website content without prior notice. Major changes affecting ongoing projects will be communicated promptly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solutions Pro USA and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification
