At Solutions Pro USA, we are committed to delivering exceptional design and development services. However, we understand that situations may arise where refunds are necessary. This policy outlines our procedures for refunds across our range of services:
Design Services
(Logo Design, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design)
Full refunds are available if the project has not entered the design phase.
Once the design phase commences, partial refunds may be considered based on completed work.
No refunds will be issued after the final design files are delivered.
Development Services
(Website Development)
Full refunds can be requested before the development phase begins.
Partial refunds may be considered if development has commenced.
No refunds will be provided once the website is deployed to the client’s server.
Combined Design and Development Services
Refund policies for design and development apply separately to each phase of the project.
Review and Approval
Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may require additional information or clarification before making a decision. Approval is at the sole discretion of Solutions Pro USA.
Requesting a Refund
Refund Evaluation
Our team will assess the project status and reasons for the refund request to determine the refund amount based on progress and policy terms.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. The refund amount will reflect any completed work or expenses incurred.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued depending on the extent of services rendered and the nature of the issue.
Disputes and Resolution
We encourage open communication to resolve any issues. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, both parties may seek mediation or legal remedies as per governing law.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
The final design or development files have been approved by the client.
Any part of the delivered work has been used or implemented.
There are changes in project requirements after initiation.
Payment Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of client acceptance. The original payment method will be used for the refund.
Modification of Policies
Solutions Pro USA reserves the right to modify this refund policy without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted on our website or communicated to clients.
